Concrete Ring Beams & Ground Slabs

Once your piles are in, DW Clayfield cap them (cut them down to the correct level) and construct the reinforced concrete ring beams and ground slabs that carry the building above. Our engineering and design is done in-house, so the same team takes your foundations from piling through to a finished slab.

We make up the steel reinforcement on site and pour the concrete ourselves, which keeps the programme simple on new builds and extensions throughout Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
